主要科研领域与方向

长期致力于蛋白质的分离纯化和性质鉴定,精通生物大分子的表征和分析技术,并具有生命科学设备开发经验,已成功研制高通量全自动蛋白质分离纯化系统,即将完成全自动密度梯度分离仪等仪器的研制。特别是在分析超速离心技术(analytical ultracentrifugation, 简称AUC)方面,李文奇博士作为该领域的国内领军人物之一:牵头举办了第一届和第二届中国AUC大会,组织撰写第一部AUC中文专著,发表多篇AUC相关技术方法论文,正在组织编写AUC分析软件,合作开发AUC荧光检测器。
