主要科研领域与方向

细胞生物学和神经发育。我们以模式动物和哺乳类细胞为对象,综合运用超分辨活体成像、冷冻和常温电镜技术、条件性基因编辑和生化分析等方法,研究细胞骨架和信号分子调控不对称细胞分裂、定向细胞迁移、以及纤毛发生的机理。
