This database is developed and maintained long-term by the team at the Beijing Frontier Research Center for Biological Structure, Tsinghua University.
The Beijing Frontier Research Center for Biological Structure, Tsinghua University was jointly established by Tsinghua University and the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission in 2018. As a new type of R&D institution established by Beijing to build a high-precision economic structure, the center's core mission is: to focus on the world's scientific frontiers, fully leverage the unique advantages of structural biology as a "sharp tool" in life sciences, and promote its deep integration with fields such as computational science and chemical biology.
We are committed to overcoming key core technical bottlenecks in life sciences and daring to challenge "from 0 to 1" fundamental scientific problems. The establishment of this cyclic peptide database is a concrete practice of our mission. It is not only a transformation of the center's scientific research achievements but also our commitment to serving the global scientific community, promoting the sharing and application of structural biology knowledge, and jointly promoting the cause of human health.
We sincerely invite you to use this database and welcome your valuable feedback and suggestions to help us continuously improve. Let us explore the infinite possibilities of the fascinating molecular world of cyclic peptides together.
