Main Research Fields

During my PhD training, I used electrophysiology methods to understand the gating mechanism of membrane-expressing voltage-gated potassium channels. I am currently focusing on characterizing structural properties of cell membrane and membrane proteins, exploiting the state-of-the-art cryoEM technology.
