核孔复合体(NPC)相关研究,重点关注核质转运过程,以核糖体大亚基的运输为代表,并致力于探索原位核孔复合体的结构与功能。研究结合冷冻电镜(cryo-EM)、分子生物学和生物信息学等多学科方法,解析不同货物在核孔通道中的不同构象状态及其与核转运受体的相互作用。此外,关注人工智能(AI)在冷冻电镜数据处理中的应用,特别是在原位结构解析相关算法方面,并参与开发用于图像去噪和结构解析的AI算法,以突破原位蛋白质结构解析的分辨率极限,提高大规模数据处理的效率。
